The Kow Hoo Shoe Company was established in Shanghai in 1928 and moved to Hong Kong in 1946. Today, Kow Hoo is the oldest bespoke shoe shop in the city and the only one still making wooden shoe lasts, handcrafted to the exact shape of each individual customer's feet. Each customer's shoe lasts stay on file for at least ten years so that customers can simply reorder additional pair by email.
