An exciting news to Hong Kong’s food and wine connoisseurs as SEVVA welcomes the lauded, award-winning Chef Chase Kojima from Sokyo at The Star Sydney this December, to present a whole host of creative delicacies as well as a Tasting Menu pairing with Cloudy Bay, an iconic New Zealand’s winery, from 5 to 25 December 2018.
Drawing inspirations from Chef Chase’s years of working with celebrated Chef Nobu Matsuhisa to create an exquisite combination of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary Japanese flavours, he and his team are continuously putting their creative skills to the highest level in bringing the most exciting and unexpected dishes, from Sokyo to SEVVA, with the finest produce sourced from around the world.
This Winter, gourmands and wine aficionados will be able to enjoy an elevated gastronomic experience at SEVVA by having a five-course Tasting Menu prepared by Chef Chase at HKD2000, with an option to add four wines, including Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and three Cloudy Bay wines matching to their experience for HKD600.
