L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon has gone from strength to strength since it opened its doors in Hong Kong in 2006. The restaurant is divided into two areas – L’Atelier and Le Jardin. L’Atelier is designed with a circular bar enveloping an open kitchen, allowing customers to witness all aspects of cooking. The menu offers a variety of French classics in innovative tapas-style portions. Le Jardin has an elegant interior and looks out onto a quaint roof top garden. Located one floor below the restaurant, Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon offers a variety of light sandwiches, bakery products, pastries and cakes, and coffee/tea for dining-in and takeaway. A wide selection of fine wine and gourmet canapés are also available during the daily Happy Hour session at Le Salon de Thé.
