China Tang Hong Kong Restaurant, first opened in London in 2007 at the Dorchester Hotel, is now open in Hong Kong at LANDMARK ATRIUM. Conceived and designed by Sir David Tang, China Tang Hong Kong offers the best of Chinese food in the most sumptuous and comfortable surroundings. All decorations are rooted in the Chinese tradition but with highly original treatment: hand-painted and hand-embroidered wallpaper, antique books, Chinese paintings, beautifully upholstered chairs, antique lighting, decorative pieces and superb trompe l’oeil on mirrors and glass. The kitchen is led by three-star Michelin Chef Albert Au Kwok Keung, offering the finest cuisines from Beijing, Sichuan and Canton. There is also an exceptional bar with a flexible private room in which drinks and cocktails are served with dim sum and sweets throughout the day.
